We are fast approaching our 2nd birthday here at ubinow and we are already thinking about how we shall celebrate it! We are proud to have worked with some amazing people over the last two years and, to have created really unique and engaging applications. Our team has doubled in size but, remains dedicated and passionate and we are looking forward to a bright future.

Most people celebrate with a  birthday cake but seeing as some of the team don’t eat cake (mainly me), we are thinking of other ways to mark the occasion. One idea we have is to pitch the two founders against each other to develop a fully functioning app’ or game in just two days. What do you think? Please let us know if you have any ideas!

It’s always amusing when companies take a pop at each other in
the press but none more so when it backfires so spectacularly. Case in
point is Nokia Vs Apple.

On its blog, Nokia decided to have a humorous dig at Apple for its little issue with iPhone 4’s antenna issues… all was fine and good until comments started appearing about Nokia’s own issues, E71 etc.

It seems Nokia has a fair few issues of its own which its customers were only too happy to grumble about upon seeing its witty dig at the big Apple. Perhaps in future, it is best to gloat in private me thinks…

After 2 years, we finally have a site! Our website went on the back burner as we spent our days (and often nights at the beginning) creating wonderfully innovative and engaging app’s but, just shy of our 2nd birthday, we thought we would celebrate with a new site rather than cake (watching our figures… summer around the corner and all…)! www.ubinow.net
